No. There is no fee to call, no fee for the county pull, and no fee for the call where we go through your roads. We make our living when a family chooses to sell to us. That is the only time money changes hands with us.
Do you buy houses?
Yes, when that is the road a family picks. We do not lead with it. On the call you hear every road first. Selling to us is one of them, and it comes last.
How fast can you move?

Will you talk to the bank or the county for me?
We tell you what the county shows and what to ask for. You make the call to the lender or the tax office, and we tell you what to say. We are not lawyers and do not give legal advice.

How do I know this is not a scam?
Fair question. A bad actor wants you to sign a deed fast and quiet. We do the opposite. We tell you every road, including the ones that do not involve us. Nothing gets signed on a phone call. Any sale closes at a real closing attorney's office, the same way every Georgia house sale does.
